I know the purpose of A Corner View is to post photos from your corner of the world, in my case, Melbourne. Due to camera illness however, I have posted some photos from a (relatively) recent trip to my homeland of New Zealand.
T and I were visiting my family in Tauranga, and decided to zip up to the Coromandel Peninsula for a few days. These photos are from the Wilderland Shop, an organic fruit and vegetable store just outside of Whitianga. Those plums were so sweet and delicious.
I love that New Zealand still has a tradition of roadside fruit and vegetable stalls with honesty boxes for payment. My parents swear by tomatoes from a stall just up the road from their house.

I would be very happy there
Hello, thank ou for sharing your corner :) I'd love to visit New Zeland one day... Beautiful pictures.
Have a great day :)))
What is goldfruit? Talking of tomatoes, did you know that you should never put them in a fridge as it kills the flavour? You probably did, but I only found that out a few years ago.
I didn't know about honesty boxes, but they say a lot about New Zealanders.

In this part of Germany they also have the little tables in front of the houses with products from the own garden. Most of the time with a marmelade jar for the money. It´s one the things that I love about living here. But it is not as exotic as in New Zealand. ;)
I would love to get some red plums!! These must be really good! Thank you for sharing lovely photos!
those fruits stalls look so nice! in denmark there are also fruits and veggies for sale along the road in the summer. i love the honesty boxes too. (it would be a disaster here in israel, though :)
